Strategic Alliance Strengthens FORMIA’s Airlines Business



FORMIA Airline Supplies Ltd. (FAS), one of the leading suppliers of luxury in-flight cosmetics and comfort items to the airline industry, has welcomed the formation of a strategic alliance with ADA Cosmetics International (ADA) to whom it has recently sold its FORMIA Guest Supplies (FGS) subsidiary.  The move divests FORMIA of its day-to-day operations in the hotel market, allowing it to focus exclusively on further developing its core airline activities.  At the same time, FORMIA will build on its market position by benefiting from privileged access to the portfolio of quality products offered by ADA.
