As the Airline continues on its Quantum Leap program, it has invested in a series of upgrades to its service offer throughout all cabins. Recognition was shown recently with the airline being ranked #8 “Best Airline in the World” by Skytrax’ World Airline Awards and named winner in the ‘Best in Region: Asia and Australasia’ category at the Passenger Choice Awards 2013. In addition to winning this category, Garuda Indonesia was among the Top 5 airlines in the ‘Best Overall Passenger Experience’ category, as well as among the Top 5 Best Ground Experience. FORMIA is delighted to have been able to bring on board an indulgent and environmentally responsible brand with the outstanding reputation of L’Occitane to help further the airline’s drive for constant improvement.
The in-flight amenity kits now available in Garuda’s Business Class feature a number of products from L’Occitane’s range, including Verbena Body Lotion, Verbena EDT and Shea Butter Lip Balm. The bag itself, made from high quality materials, is specially designed to allow the passenger a wide variety of post flight uses.
